Apply Sunscreen Daily.  Whenever you go grocery shopping or plan a day out on the beach, always carry a bottle of sunscreen with you. It comes in handy when the sun is so hot and chilly and you cannot find shelter from the sun.


Scrub your face with Gentle Hands. Whenever you try to scrub your face, always do it with gentle hands. If your face is full of acne and blemishes then you must be careful with your skincare routine.


Do not Smoke. If you want your skin to look healthy and glowing then you must stay away from smoking. Smoking Speeds up skin aging. So if you do not want to age too, you must avoid cigarettes at any cost.


Avoid Sunlight. Always cover your face with sunscreen while going out. Do not expose your skin too much to the sun. Use protective clothing whenever you plan a day out with your friends or family. To not damage your eyes, always carry a pair of sunglasses with you.

Take a Healthy diet. Having a meal full of healthy nutrients is necessary for your skin to look ravishing. Healthy meals do not cost much but they must consist of proteins, carbohydrates etc.


Avoid Dry Skin.  Dry skin is rough and rusty patches on your skin that show that your skin is lacking in moisture. If you don't want your skin to always remain dry, then drink a lot of water to hydrate yourself. Lotions and moisturizing creams also work wonders and make your skin very smooth.


Do Exercise.  Exercise can make your body and mind healthy and strong. Doing some daily workout sessions has a lot of advantages for your skin texture and health.  Exercise increases blood flow and removes harmful substances from the body.


Have Enough Hours to Sleep. If you manage to get 6 to 7 hours of daily sleep then it's enough for your skin to radiate.  By sleeping for a few hours you can get rid of fine lines and dark circles. Adequate sleep is necessary for your skin health.
