Make sure your circadian rhythm is complete every day because having a full night's sleep is the only way for you to decrease your mental stress. When you have sleep deprivation, your mind does not work properly. leading to confusion, which might trigger unfortunate accidents. If you are a little drowsy, you might fall on the bathroom floor or get hit by a table's sharp edges. It will not only  bring you discomfort physically but also pave the way for annoyance and irritation, which are going to hyper-intensify your anxiety level.
